For the full title package, Lien-Back and relax. This is an all inclusive package. You send us the VIN with your account information, and in the alloted time (pending INBMV) you will receive a title in the mail. (This requires a submission with the VIN number, a completed vin check form).

Service Information
When we say All Inclusive, we mean it. This means everything from the letters, to the packet, to signatures, to mailing the completed packet to the BMV on your behalf. The only submission required on your behalf unit to unit would be the VIN check form otherwise known as "physical inspection of vehicle or watercraft form" which we populate your company information on.
RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Because we extend our costs to you, we do not offer returns on this service. We will however do a stop order, similar to the Mechanic's Lien Packet stop order where in whatever step you are on when you order the stop order is all that we will bill for. The remaining credit you have paid will be transferred to another package. Once the packet has been mailed to the BMV, we will only offer corrections should they require it based on Unit specific requirements. At this point, we have considered our serviceable job to be complete, and the amendments to the packet should there be any are the customer compliance initiations we take on on your behalf.
Shipping Information
Because we are able to send the packets in customer batches, there aretracking numbers associated with the packets confirming they have been received by the BMV. Again, because they do not operate on a specific schedule that they share with you, we can only give estimations of when the Title will return in your hands. Because we have direct link contacts, the benefit with our shipping portion is that you do not have to wait the allotted time period to correct or amend the packets, instead, we scan over the corrected item and the time period is significantly reduced.
