Mechanic's Lien Packet

Mechanic Lien Packet, (What our competition offers).  This is a packet prefilled with your account's custom options. I.E. Seller, Purchaser, pricing, signatures and Unit specific information are available to add on along with record archives we save on your behalf should there be an error with the BMV process. Signature prefill along with Auctioneer services are add ons to this package. 

Because we extend our costs to you, we do not offer any refund policy on these services. Because we know that mistakes can be made, we are willing to do a stop order on this process allowing you to cancel this unit, and have a credit applied to another unit if per chance the unit is picked up by a late lienholder post the notices being sent out.  We understand and are here to help.

When the company rapport is established after 3 months time and we begin billing on a net 30 basis, these transfers of pricing will be more of an ease for everyone.

We mail this packet to your designated address when our process has been completed. For those with addons like signatures and auctioneer services, the time will be extended. Those companies that have new counties for our integration, it may take a few extra says for our services to correspond depending on their time frame. For the most part, we will prefill dates, unit information, along with account information and have the packets mailed to you within 30 days allowing you to have two weeks to manually fill out your portion should you need to.
